The Blue Devil Oyster is one Hellacious morsel of Sinful Pleasure. It has a nice deep cup that bursts with a salty start. Her succulent meat is incredibly clean with cooling hints of cantaloupe and cucumber embracing the tongue and laced with continuing notes of salt that wisp by colder than a Witch's T_t on the finish.

Kumamotos are worshiped for their amazing sweetness and clean, fruity aromas. These Japanese natives grow agonizingly slowly, but some things in life are worth the wait, and Kumos are one of them. Ours take three to four years to reach perfection, and when they do, they will have beautifully fluted shells and plump meats with a hint of honeydew in both flavor and color. Many people’s favorite oyster.

Kiwi Cup - Waipapa Bay, New Zealand
Kiwi Cup are an excellent quality, single seed, Giga species oysters. They are initially cluster grown, separated, then placed in tidal tumble bags to produce a superior grade Coromandel oyster. This oyster is a great alternate during the Summer "off season" of West Coast Oysters. Kiwi Cup have full, crunchy, sweet meat, reminiscent of cantaloupe rind & kiwi on the palate and a crispy clean snap of light salinity on the tongue.
